Organization Roles
Owner
Full access to organization settings, billing, and all projects.
Admin
Manage team members, AI agents, projects, and integrations. Cannot access billing.
Member
Full access to assigned projects. Can create and manage tasks.
Guest
Read-only access to public projects. Can comment but not edit.
Project Roles
Project Manager
Full control over project settings, automations, access, and task approval.
Editor
Create, edit, and manage tasks. Cannot change project settings.
Viewer
Read-only access to the project. Can comment but not modify tasks.
